Work

Two businesses, built exactly this way.

MP Ventures didn’t start as a theory about what AI-assisted building could achieve. It started as the working method behind these — the same operator, the same frontier-model toolkit, the same orchestration and the same automated gates. Productising it into a fixed fee and a fixed month is the only new part.

jeevsy

A personal memory app built around a simple idea: the details of your life — the people, the purchases, the articles you meant to finish, the photos worth keeping — deserve somewhere quieter than a camera roll and a dozen open browser tabs. Jeevesy organises all of it into one searchable, private companion, processed on-device by default, with iCloud backup entirely optional.

It's the kind of product a month-long build is aimed at: a specific, well-defined problem, a tightly scoped feature set (people, purchases, writings, visuals, live sessions), and a finish and restraint that reads as considered rather than rushed — not a sprawling platform, but a real, complete, shippable thing.

How it was built: multiple AI agents working in parallel against written specs, each isolated in its own workspace, merged only through an integration gate that runs the full suite and rejects anything that goes red. Over two hundred automated visual snapshot tests sit on top of the unit suite, and repo-level checks refuse code that arrives without tests. That is the pipeline MP Ventures runs, unchanged.

Curated commerce · Brand-led launch

A Collector’s Refuge

A launch built for restraint: an invitation-toned, exclusive-feeling entry point for a curated marketplace aimed at serious collectors, where scarcity and craft matter more than volume. The tone is reserved rather than urgent — anticipation instead of a hard sell — with the institutional polish of a business meant to last, not a weekend side-project thrown together to test an idea.

It's a useful example of the brand and product judgement that goes alongside the engineering: knowing when a business should feel loud and conversion-hungry, and when it should feel deliberately quiet.

How it was built: the same toolkit and the same gates, pointed at a commerce launch rather than a native app — brand, positioning, copy and front end produced by frontier models under direction, and every judgement call about tone and restraint made by a person, because no model has an opinion worth trusting about what “exclusive” should feel like.
